Giving the company a fresher start for this year is a new project in a very exclusive 21-storey residential building in Fort Bonifacio, The Grand Hamptons. The 75 sqm 2-BR/2 T&B unit, located at
7-I, is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Martin Paz.
To optimize overall system performance, the design is skillfully conceptualized by Arch. Victoria Bernardino according to human needs.
The principles of visual detection and aesthetic appreciation are ably combined with competent space planning and functionality.
The necessity of having a pantry and shoe cabinets was absolutely satisfied without having to compromise space limitation and visual approval as they are disguised as regular parts of the kitchen walls.
The bedroom doors are made with pocket sliding doors to minimize space use and make best use of safety, comfort and, beauty.
The flat screen TV in the living room is devised to get away from the uni-angled exposure but is made capable to rotate and be viewed even in the comfort of the Master Bedroom. Because of this, the need for an additional TV set is no longer essential.
